Bacardi launches Martini Alta Langa exclusively with Heinemann Duty Free

Bacardi Global Travel Retail continues to celebrate the 150th anniversary of its Martini brand with the release of Martini Alta Langa, a premium sparkling wine, available exclusively at Heinemann Duty Free.

As a Metodo Classico DOCG (Denominazione di origine controllata – a quality assurance label for Italian products), Martini Alta Langa adheres to traditional winemaking methods, which include the careful maturing of the wine in the bottle.

It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from vineyards in the Piedmont region, aged for no less than 36 months. According to Bacardi, the resulting wine has notes of vanilla and almonds.

The Riserva sparkling wine is available exclusively at Heinemann Duty Free stores across Europe, priced at €24.50 for a 75cl bottle.

According to Bacardi, sparkling wine is currently the fastest growing segment of the total wine category in travel retail.
