Cabeau aims to unlock untapped potential in Asia travel retail

Travel accessories specialist Cabeau aims to boost its presence in Asia Pacific through colourful new luggage straps, tags and locks being introduced at next month’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition (Basement 2, G23).

“With Asia continuing to be one of the fastest-growing travel retail markets, the region is a high priority in Cabeau’s strategy as it advances its position as a globally recognised travel products company,” the company said.

Cabeau Founder and CEO David Sternlight said: “Since our first TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition, we have seen impressive growth in the region and are focused on using this show to continue to penetrate the market.

“We are delighted with what we have achieved in Asia and know the region still holds a huge amount of untapped potential for Cabeau.”

Sternlight concluded: “Competition for listings and shelf space is fierce in the Asia Pacific travel retail market. Our category is competing with the likes of perfumes, cosmetics and confectionery.

“Ensuring we offer a broad range of high-quality, game-changing products to make travel better is essential.”
