SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group is seeking a food & beverage partner to manage an airside food court on the mezzanine level of Terminal 1 at Singapore Changi Airport.
CAG has launched a Direct Approach Exercise to attract potential concessionaires for the 582sq m concession.
The airport company said: “We are looking for established operators or new and attractive integrated food atrium concepts (including a food court, mini-casual dining restaurants and/or cafés) that will create a unique sense-of place for the terminal and differentiate the dining experience at Changi Airport.”
The contract is for three years from 31 August, with the option to renew for a further three at CAG’s discretion.
Separately, CAG is seeking concessionaires for two brand name speciality restaurants in T1, also on the mezzanine level. Concession A occupies 164sq m of space, with Concession B in 233sq m.
The concessions also run for three years from 31 August 2016, with options to renew for three further years.
