SINGAPORE. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has closed bids on a number of recent tenders for food outlets at Singapore Changi Airport.
A tender for a brand name ethnic-themed open concept local Kopitiam (Kaya toast) concession at terminal one’s departure/check-in hall east, second level attracted two bidders: Palms Food International and Select Service Partner Singapore.
Harilela Hospitality was the only bidder for a brand name ethnic-themed Turkish/Middle Eastern eatery concession at terminal one’s departure/check-in hall east, second level.
Again, only one company, Bachmann Japanese Restaurant, tendered for a brand name ethnic-themed Japanese eatery concession at terminal one’s departure/check-in hall east, second level.
