INTERNATIONAL. Excitement is building for The Moodie Report’s third annual Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference and Awards as we announce more high-profile speakers.
Following last week’s announcement of a strong speaker line-up, the latest to confirm their participation are Dubai Airport CEO Paul Griffiths, Heathrow Airport Head of Food & Beverage Ben Crowley, and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Vice President of Concessions Zenola Campbell.

The FAB event, hosted by Dubai Airports, takes place on 1-3 October at the stunning Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. The event includes a welcome party, a two-day conference and a glittering gala dinner, sponsored by HMSHost, where the highly anticipated FAB Awards will be presented.
The FAB Conference attracts senior representatives from the world’s leading airports, railway station operators and F&B concessionaires to network with industry peers, share insights and celebrate best practice in this fast-growing sector.

Award nominations are also open with full details on the nomination process available through the FAB website. The FAB awards exist to champion excellence in the flourishing travel food & beverage industry. We invite airport and railway operators, concessionaires and brands to nominate outstanding F&B offers. The deadline for entries is Friday 12 July 2013.
Following the success of last year’s event at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam, FAB 2013 promises to be an extraordinary celebration of the best in travel dining.
