US. Austrian eyewear specialist Silhouette was targeting listings with the major US airlines at the IAADFS show last week as well as Latin American carriers, other than AeroMexico and LanChile where it already features. “Most of our launch activity is in Cannes,” said Silhouette sales director duty free Franz Xaver Wageneder. “Orlando is in the middle of the season and is the second wave of our marketing.”
Silhouette manufactures its own three-dimensional temples – the component that creates a fashionable wrap-around look – and intelligent SPX ball hinges. It is also a manufacturer for leading licensed products such as adidas sports eyewear and Daniel Swarovski crystal eyewear.
