FRANCE. LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton has appointed Pamela Baxter to the newly-created position of president of the Perfumes & Cosmetics Group for the US. Baxter is currently president specialty group worldwide at Estée Lauder, which encompasses brands such as Prescriptives, La Mer, Jo Malone and Kate Spade Beauty. She joined the Lauder group in 1981.
“The experience gained by Pamela Baxter and her excellent knowledge of the North American perfumes and cosmetics market are key assets which will allow LVMH to intensify the development of its Perfumes and Cosmetics business, notably in the US,” said LVMH in a statement.
