Furla has partnered with International Duty Free Shops (IDFS) to open a 7sq m corner at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport.
Officially opened on 22 April, the personalised corner presents Furla’s Spring Summer 2016 collection.
“We are delighted to be present in Casablanca Mohammed V Airport and I thank IDFS for their support with this opening,” said Furla Global Travel Retail Director Gerry Munday.
The launch represents a further step in the group’s broader strategy of integrating China-chic brands into its overall duty-free offer and embracing new retail formats to boost consumption.
The monthly Jessica’s Secret Index for May covering wines & spirits, fragrances, makeup, skincare, confectionery, bags, watches and jewellery is particularly useful as a demand indicator as Chinese overseas travel resumes.
The 12,000sq m retail venue will deliver “the art of retail in the heart of Europe”, featuring a central marketplace concept and an impressive mix of global and German brands.
