US. Leathergoods specialist Hunting World is introducing a new bag made from organic material to help save wild elephants in Borneo.
Part of the proceeds from the sale of the Borneo Bag will go to support the Borneo Conservation Trust’s campaign to unify fragmented forests of Borneo and to help connect important elephant migration routes. Hunting World wants to raise awareness of what is happening to these animals in Borneo and to help save them for future generations.
Part of the proceeds of the reversible Borneo Bag, made of organic cotton/nylon, will go to the Borneo Conservation Trust |
Hunting World was established in 1965 by Robert M. Lee, an avid explorer, writer and conservationist. Based on his experience of conducting expeditions and safaris in Africa, he launched a line of durable and functional bags know as Battue, which remains the brand’s best-selling collection.
Almost half a century ago, Lee realised the importance of conserving wildlife and informing the world about the dangers large wild animals face at the hands of poachers and deforestation.
Hunting World products are available at DFS Galleria Hawaii, DFS at Honolulu International Airport and Yokohama Okadaya, Las Vegas. The company’s collections span specially designed luggage, leathergoods, apparel, watches and other outdoor sporting products.
