UK. British firm Eyelevel Ltd is set to introduce its specially designed Bistro Box inflight trolley unit onboard Aurigny Air Services following a successful trial.
Eyelevel Managing Director Matthew Delamere told The Moodie Report: “We are launching the unit with Aurigny in two weeks and have increased onboard sales for them [during a trial].”
The Bistro Box is developed for inflight trolleys, enabling food, beverages and impulse purchases to be placed at passengers’ eye level.
The self-contained unit is a closed, deep tray that opens up for display purposes and can be stowed within the cart itself. The unit provides:
– Fresh food display
– Till
– Hot drinks display
– Impulse purchase display
