Jean-Dominique Andreu is stepping down from his role as Camus Chief Marketing Officer at the end of January, after two years in the role, but will continue to act as an advisor to the company.
Global Brand Manager Pier Paolo Catucci will manage the Camus marketing platform, reporting directly to President Cyril Camus.

Andreu joined Camus with the mandate of leading the marketing team in its repositioning and premiumisation efforts for the leading Cognac brand. During his tenure, a new brand platform was developed and implemented, featuring repackaging and a major advertising campaign. As reported, Camus recently won Advertiser of the Year in the Luxury Goods category by French marketing authority Top Com.

Cyril Camus said these achievements were directly attributable to Andreu’s creative, innovative and entrepreneurial expertise.
He said: “I would like to thank Jean-Dominique for the very significant work he did at Camus. He’s an expert brand builder with a deep experience of the Cognac industry, and a proven marketer with a strong experience of expressing brands globally.”
Andreu, who said he plans to embark on “new entrepreneurial ventures”, added: “I have known Cyril Camus for over 20 years, and I would like to thank him for giving me his trust with this amazing opportunity to reposition his brand.
“Camus is a fantastic brand with top quality Cognac and I am fully confident that the team will continue to successfully roll out the new brand platform on all markets.”
After an initial introduction in France and China in 2019, the new Camus platform for Camus will be extended internationally, led by its new generation of Cognacs.
