Lacoste has created ten limited-edition polo shirts featuring endangered species in support of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)’s Save Our Species programme.
The endangered species appear in the place of Lacoste’s iconic crocodile.
The collection is limited to 1775 polo shirts. The number produced in each series corresponds to the remaining population size in the wild as estimated by IUCN experts.

The ten endangered species are:
The vaquita/Gulf of California porpoise (30 specimens)
The Burmese roofed turtle (40 specimens)
The northern sportive lemur (50 specimens)
The Javan rhino (67 specimens)
The cao vit gibbon (150 specimens)
