FRANCE. Nina Ricci has unveiled a new, limited-edition version of its signature L’Air du Temps fragrance. Called Coloured Doves (Colombes Couleur), it will be available internationally from March.
The revamped juice – created by Jean Guichard of Givaudan – comprises notes of Earl Grey tea, assorted florals such as cyclamen and jasmine, woods and white musk.
The iconic dove bottle has been updated with a new, curved shape. The main body of the flacon features a colourful, graduated rainbow motif.
L’Air du Temps Coloured Doves will be available as a 100ml edt.
Meanwhile, specifically for travel retail, Nina Ricci will introduce new fragrance coffrets for its L’Air du Temps, Premier Jour and Love in Paris lines. They will be available from April.
The company has created two sets for each fragrance, each clearly marked with the “Nina Ricci To Travel” branding. The first features two 30ml edt or edp sprays; the second, a 50ml edt/edp spray, plus a bonus 50ml body lotion. In addition, the L’Air du Temps set (pictured top) includes a bonus 50g soap.
Lastly, Nina Ricci has created a new miniature fragrance coffret (above). This features five fragrances (Premier Jour, Fleur de Fleurs, Love in Paris, Farouche and L’Air du Temps) presented in a transparent folding box.
