USA. Paradies Lagardère and SSP America were named Best Overall Retailer and Best Overall Restaurateur respectively among large operators at the Airport Experience Awards last night (4 March). The event was held at the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.
Marshall Retail Group and High Flying Foods came top respectively among small operators in the Best Overall Retailer and Best Overall Restaurateur categories.
Philadelphia International was named winner in the Airport with the Best Overall Program category among large airports, with Edmonton International top among small and medium airports.
HMSHost was awarded in the Restaurateur with the Best Customer Service category among large operators, with Jackmont Hospitality winning the same among small operators.
