BRAZIL. Plaza Premium Lounge has announced three openings at Rio de Janeiro RIOgaleão – Tom Jobim International Airport.
The lounges are located in International Departures, Domestic Departures and Arrivals in Terminal 2.
The 14,000sq ft lounge in International Departures is located in the South Pier, a new extension of the airport. It features comfortable seating, a selection of food & beverage, shower facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, workstations, TV channels and international newspapers and magazines. VIP rooms are also available.
Plaza Premium’s lounge in Domestic Departures is slightly smaller, at just over 10,000sq ft, and is located in the restricted area on Level 1, after the boarding pass check and X-rays. It offers 220 seats, a selection of food & beverage, complimentary Wi-Fi and recharging stations, and shower facilities.
The Arrivals lounge is located in the non-restricted area on Level 1, after passing the Arrivals Halls on the way to the car park building. The 4,700sq ft lounge offers two-hour or five-hour lounge use packages and is equipped with shower rooms, a private relaxation suite, a VIP room and a meeting room.

The company said it would open an Aerotel and Wellness Spa later in 2016 at the airport.
