This week on Instagram… The Trinity Forum lights up Doha

Social media has emerged as a key unofficial source of information in the digital age. As The Moodie Davitt Report steps up its mission to become ‘the KOL of B2B travel retail publishing’ (a phrase coined by leading Chinese WeChat platform Globuy), we are delighted to introduce a new weekly feature that curates some of the most exciting travel retail industry updates from the social media sphere – and touches on our own contributions.

This week on Instagram, we feature a social media roundup from The Trinity Forum 2019, briliantly co-hosted by Hamad International Airport, Qatar Airways and Qatar Duty Free.

The events kicked off with a golf tourament at the magnificent Education City Course, followed by an exhilirating Doha city tour. The event then got down to business with two days of insightful discussion and debate among the travel retail industry’s key players, culminating with a glamorous gala dinner featuring stunning performances from US superstar Jason Derulo and renowned local baritone Fahad Al Kubaisi.

Our Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie opened the conference by highlighting the important of partnership among members of the Trinity and evaluating the health of the industry ecosystem.

Elsewhere in Doha, Moroccan beauty star Rawaa Beauty was all smiles at the #thinkpinktr themed opening cocktail; while CapsuleTransit Chief Creative Officer Vincent Tan struck a pose with the Qatar Airways Crew.

International R&B superstar Jason Derulo shared a backstage snap ahead of his spectacular performance at the Trinity Forum Gala dinner in the Kempinski Marsa Malaz Hotel.

Finally, The Moodie Davitt Report team bid goodbye to this year’s Trinity Forum with one last look at the impressive Trinity Forum digital display at Hamad International Airport.
