Travel Retail Innovations has extended its portfolio of electronic and audio products to show at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes in October (Stand: Yellow Village B27 and C29).
Its Xtorm by A-Solar Power Bank Essential AL450 is said to be the first USB-C charger and powerbank for “super-fast” charging of smartphones, tablets and MacBook. The portable device measures 9.6 x 7.9 x 2.1 cm, weighs 200g and will recharge a smartphone six times, a tablet three times or a MacBook once. Connected to a computer or AC power source, the power bank will top up in under five hours.
Other Xtorm wireless charging pads already available in travel retail include the XW200 and XW201, which charge Qi-enabled mobile devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S6 without a cable connection. Xtorm products will be highlighted on a purpose-built touch and feel table.
TRI will also show the Belkin wireless saucer-shaped charging pad which is capable of charging phones that do not have built-in wireless charging capabilities.
