FRANCE. Biotherm has created a new anti-ageing product called Line Peel. It will be launched into European travel retail from January 2005, followed by the US market next April and Asia next August.
The product is described as the first daily anti-wrinkle peeling treatment that features pure mineral silicon, and claims to improve skin quality every day, from the very first application. According to Biotherm, a recent study showed it visibly reduced wrinkles by up to 64% in just 30 minutes.
Line Peel works by gently stimulating the skin’s natural self-peeling mechanism, which can be slowed down by pollution, smoking, sun, wind, air conditioning and so on. The result is softer, refreshed and radiant skin with diminished wrinkles.
The active ingredients are Stimulene, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and mineral silica micro-crystals, in addition to moisturising agents such as shea butter and glycerin.
Line Peel is presented in a 50ml pot. The recommended travel retail price point is €42.
