Colm McLoughlin replaces Mohamed Mounib, Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Duty Free who stood down after his two-year term |
MIDDLE EAST. Colm McLoughlin, Managing Director of Dubai Duty Free, has been elected President of the Middle East Duty Free Association (MEDFA).
He replaces Mohamed Mounib, Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Duty Free who stood down after his two-year term. Anthony Chalhoub, Managing Director of Habchi & Chalhoub, was elected Vice President.
The announcement of the two officers was made at the conclusion of the third annual MEDFA conference in Dubai yesterday, organized in association with Tax Free World Association and Moodie International. A full pictorial report will follow later in the week.
McLoughlin pledged to grow the MEDFA conference into the “industry’s best” and to help develop the Middle East Exclusive Exhibition that begins today.
