Cosmoprof creates new Nail Lounge facility – 21/02/06

ITALY. This year’s Cosmoprof event (Bologna, 7-10 April) will again feature the Nail World initiative that made its debut at Cosmoprof 2005.

But in response to growing demand, Cosmoprof will step up its investment in the sector. This year, the total exhibition space will cover 1,869sq m, an increase of 280sq m over 2005. There will be 42 exhibitors (versus 36 last year).

New for 2006 is the Nail Lounge (on the mezzanine between Hall 33 and Hall 34). This is described as an innovative space that will house eight of the firms exhibiting in Nail World. Each will have its own area for receiving clients invited to experience manicures, nail reconstructions or nail decoration treatments.

Refreshments including cocktails and coffee will be on offer from the bar next door to the Lounge, which will provide continuous service to the Nail Lounge desks.

Participants in this nail initiative include ALESSANDRO, CML, CHOICE (American International distributor), FABY LINE (O.P.I distributor), LADYBIRD (IBD, Jordana and Orly distributor), LA RIC, MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY (Kylua distributor) and NAILS R US AB (EN VOGUE distributor).
