ITALY. Perlier, a premium manufacturer of bath and body treatments in Italy for over 80 years, is now targeting an international audience.
“At present we are not in the travel retail sector, but this could be a good sales strategy for the long term,” said Perlier Export Manager Noris Rocci.
The company presented its newest line, Body Honey Miel, at the recent TFWA Asia Pacific in Singapore.
“The Body Honey Miel line was very well received, as Asians seem to be particularly fond of honey-based products,” said Rocci.
Featuring natural recipes, organic ingredients and no animal testing, Perlier products are created in dermatological centres in Milan and Turin. The essential ingredients come from the company’s estate in the North Eastern region of Piedmont, over 150 acres of land free of pesticides and insecticides where plants, flowers and honey are sourced.
The Body Honey Miel line offers seven moisturising and body products, three wellness treatments and seven bath products.
