GERMANY. German toy company Nici is introducing several new collections in the coming year.
Easter collection
From February 2009, Nici will be presenting its first ever Easter collection. Besides plush bunnies, the collection also offers practical and fancy egg warmers, holders, cups, bags and cushions. As a marketing tool, the bunnies are also available as a present in funny cuddly eggs.

Jolly Liselle
From March 2009 Nici will be presenting Jolly Liselle, the newest member of the Jolly Maeh family. This collection rings in the summer with the glamour and fun of the Côte d’Azur. Alongside the cuddly toys are beach bags, sandals, multi-media bags, beach games and towels. For the home, cheery accessories such as crockery or picture frames are also available.

Wild Friends collection
From March 2009 Nici will be introducing the first additions to the new Wild Friends collection – Lion Big El and Tiger TG. Alongside the plush toys in various sizes, lions and tigers are also available as cushions and cups as well as desk utensils such as photograph holders, note blocks, folders and pens. The second part of the collection will be launched in April 2009.
Snow Cats
The Snow Cats by Nici will be available starting September 2009 in a collection surrounding the winter theme. In addition to the two plush toys, the Snow Cats are also available as a hot-water bottle, cushion and plush blanket as well as socks and gloves. The assortment also features bags in various sizes and functions, writing utensils, spectacle cases, snowstorm globes and photo holders.
