Mãurer & Wirtz prepares to launch debut Strellson fragrance

GERMANY. Mãurer & Wirtz has unveiled the debut men’s fragrance from Swiss fashion and lifestyle brand Strellson, following a licensing deal signed last year. Strellson No1 will be available from next month.

It was founded in 1984 by the former owners of Hugo Boss; the brand’s two collection lines are now available in more than 200 shop-in-shops and independent stores in 40 countries worldwide.

The Strellson No1 men’s fragrance is described as pure and minimalist. The bottle is encased in a black, matt rubber coating, topped with a heavy, high-gloss metal cap, which is attached magnetically to the flacon neck.

The juice opens on top notes of frozen lemon, iris and black pepper. The heart features elemi resin and lavender, while the base is characterised by a “Wacapou” wood accord (from the Wacapou tree found in South America). Other key ingredients include vetiver and ambergris.

The Strellson No1 range features 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edt sprays, 50ml and 100ml after shave lotions, a 200ml shower gel, a 75ml deo stick and a 150ml deo spray.
