BTA Catering unveils powerful array of new food & beverage outlets at Istanbul Atatürk Airport

TURKEY. BTA Catering, a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding, this week unveiled a diverse range of 15 food & beverage outlets, described as “˜new flavour stops’ at Istanbul Atatürk Airport.

The company, which aims to harmonise local tastes and world cuisine with traditional Turkish hospitality, opened seven locations in the domestic terminal and eight at the international terminal. It introduced the offer at a press conference on Wednesday 29 June.

BTA, which was named best supplier at The Moodie Report’s inaugural Airport Food & Beverage Awards in January (for its Cakes&Bakes operation), said the new outlets will offer “an affordable, wide range of menu options with elegant service at a high-quality standard”.

Sadettin Cesur: “We will continue to support the Turkish economy through consistent growth and diversity”

BTA Catering General Manager Sadettin Cesur said the company had responded to passenger demand, commenting: “At BTA Catering, we continue our investments to give passengers the opportunity to begin their journey with excellent food and refreshments, providing them with enjoyment throughout their travels. We will continue to support the Turkish economy through consistent growth and diversity and offer our public the latest innovations, representing our country in the finest light with our exceptional service quality and high standards.”
