Moodie International gears up for exciting next stage of growth

INTERNATIONAL. Moodie International Ltd, publisher of The Moodie Report, today announced that it has completed the last of a series of transactions as part of a long-term financing programme necessary to fund the next stage of its ambitious development plans.

Current plans include a significant investment in the company’s exciting digital media programme; additional new product launches, including research services; and the relocation of company headquarters to a newly acquired office building in London.

The company is also opening a new office in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland and is evaluating a number of acquisition opportunities to expedite its expansion plans.

The company will be moving its invoicing and accounts receivable department to the new Swiss office. To facilitate this move Moodie International SA, a Swiss corporation, has been formed, the operations of which will be overseen by Jaclyn Bailey Wampler, daughter of prominent US/Swiss businessman John Harlan Wampler. Ms Wampler has also been appointed, with immediate effect, as a Director of Moodie International Ltd, reporting directly to Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie.

“With our print and events business thriving and our digital success arguably unrivalled in the B-2-B media sector, we’re determined to build on our tradition of innovation and service to the industry long into the future.”

The company conceived and runs (in partnership with Airports Council International) the industry’s leading airport commercial revenues conference, The Trinity Forum, as well as the Airport Food & Beverage Conference & Awards. It also publishes the annual Airport Commercial Revenues Study. It recently launched the first dedicated travel-related food & beverage magazine, The Foodie Report, also in e-Zine format.
