Liverpool Airport adopts Inventive approach to new parking website

UK. Liverpool John Lennon Airport owner Peel Airports has introduced a new dedicated car parking website for the airport. The site, iParkLiverpool.com, was created using the latest version of Inventive IT’s Altitude car park management and distribution system.

According to Inventive IT, the new Altitude system includes a content management system that enables airports to create full websites in order to better advertise and sell their products. The functionality has allowed Peel Airports to create a website dedicated to Liverpool’s iPark products.

Inventive IT Chief Operating Officer Nik Southworth said: “Our new functionality enables airports to quickly and easily create new online brands to compete directly with off-airport parking providers. Inventory and pricing across both the airport’s own brand and iPark can be managed centrally through the Altitude pre-booking system.

“Combining new-brand websites with our competitor price-collection service gives our clients the tools they need to really compete with off-site parking providers.”

The Altitude system allows users to define all of the information needed to create a full website, including HTML and Javascript content, stylesheets to customise the website and metadata such as tracking codes and keywords used for search-engine optimisation.
