Clarins’ new body treatment is said to “break the circle of cellulite” |
Clarins has updated its body portfolio with a new treatment called Body Lift Cellulite Control. As its name suggests, the product is claimed to reduce existing, stubborn cellulite and slow the formation of new cellulite. It will be launched in France in early March. The recommended domestic price point is €47.
Formulated with eight plant extracts, Body Lift Cellulite Control is said to act at all stages of the formation of adipose tissue, thereby “breaking the circle of cellulite”. Specific active ingredients reinforce the skin’s firmness, microcirculation and hydration, according to the brand.
The cream-gel is instantly absorbed, leaving skin smooth, toned and hydrated, Clarins maintains. For optimum results, it should be combined with Clarins’ high-performance application method.
In a four-week study involving 126 women, 78% noted less visible cellulite, 85% firmer skin and 92% smoother skin, Clarins revealed.
