Coty Prestige has unveiled a new feminine fragrance from the house of Calvin Klein, called Downtown. The global roll-out begins this month.
The floral woody juice opens on notes of cedrat, bergamot, neroli, pear and plum, atop a heart of violet, gardenia and pink pepper. The base blends cedar, incense, vetiver and musk.

The light pink fragrance flacon is curved at the base, and topped with a hollow silver cap, embellished with fuchsia accents. The outer carton is a matching bright pink.
The Calvin Klein Downtown collection comprises 30ml, 50ml and 90m edp sprays, a 10ml edp roller ball, a 200ml body lotion, a 200ml body wash and a 150ml deo spray.
The fragrance concept is centred around an “urban, original” mindset, according to the brand. The ad campaign aims to evoke the concept of authentic individuality, through the portrayal of a confident, urban woman.
The fragrance face is actress Rooney Mara. The black-and-white ad film was directed by David Fincher, and tells the story of a young woman living in her own world, breaking away from the “expected” set in New York City. The print campaign was shot by Jean-Baptist Mondino.
