Calvin Klein sponsors Film Awards and announces new fragrance face

Model Vanessa Axente is the new face of Calvin Klein’s Endless Euphoria campaign

Euphoria Calvin Klein has continued its partnership with the IFP, as platinum sponsor at the 23nd Gotham Independent Film Awards, for the fourth consecutive year. The event was held last week at Cipriani Wall Street in New York.

Director Gita Pullapilly was the recipient of the third Euphoria Calvin Klein Spotlight on Women Filmmakers “˜Live the Dream’ grant, for her film Beneath the Harvest Sky. Pullapilly was presented the grant by Best Actress nominee Shailene Woodley.

This year, Euphoria Calvin Klein also sponsored the award for Best Actress, which was presented to Brie Larson, who was dressed in Calvin Klein Collection, as were Woodley, Forest Whitaker, Michael B Jordan, Oscar Isaac, host for the evening Nick Kroll and IFP Executive Director Joana Vicente. Whitaker also received a career tribute for his contribution to independent film.

In other news, the brand has confirmed that model Vanessa Axente will be the face of the new Endless Euphoria fragrance global advertising campaign. She too walked the red carpet at The Gotham Awards, clad in Calvin Klein Collection.

Other notable guests included Mayor Bloomberg, Jared Leto, Steve Buscemi, John Goodman, Rashida Jones, Amy Poehler, Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke.
