AeroParker celebrates success of FastTrack security solution at Stansted and Manchester airports

UK. Car parking, ancillary pre-booking and payment solutions provider AeroParker has announced the implementation of its FastTrack security service which is now available to purchase as a standalone product at London Stansted and Manchester airports.

The service, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, provides departing passengers with the opportunity to gain rapid access to the airport’s security process. The service is said to cut waiting times significantly.

“From booking the holiday or business trip, to organising insurance and currency, to travelling to the airport and moving through the check-in and security process – some passengers may feel a little flustered,” said the company.

“With AeroParker you can alleviate that worry thanks to pre-bookable ancillaries such as FastTrack security. This 24/7 pre-bookable online service is a perfect add-on ancillary whether it’s for a family vacation, a couple’s retreat or a business trip.”

AeroParker has seen impressive uptake of its standalone FastTrack security bookings solution: since 11 November 2186 bookings have been made at London Stansted totalling £15,199.80. At Manchester Airport, 8512 bookings have been made since 19 November totalling £58,466.39.

Passengers can also pre-book FastTrack security in conjunction with car parking. Over the same period, 16,663 combined bookings were made at London Stansted totalling £35,409.70 while 13,766 were made at Manchester Airport amounting to £93.213.21.

At Manchester Airport, standalone bookings account for around 40% of all FastTrack purchases while 60% are booked with car parking. At London Stansted, standalone bookings account for around 15% of all FastTrack purchases.

Commenting on the standalone ancillary feature, AeroParker CEO Jon Keefe said: “We are delighted to continue developing customer focused solutions with London Stansted and Manchester Airport, creating easier methods for passengers. AeroParker recognises that different types of passengers have different needs. The vision of creating a user-centric experience is vital for all airports to include to their long term CRM strategy.”
