Amarula to launch new limited edition in travel retail

Distell-owned cream liqueur brand Amarula is to release a limited edition from its African Design Series exclusively through travel retail stores. The collection will be available in November and December.

The new ‘Inspired by Africa’ range features three designs with African patterns and specially curated bottles.

The collection contains the original Amarula cream liqueur, noted Head of Marketing Global Travel Retail Andrea Baumgartner. “Whether they’ve visited Africa or not, people from around the world can enjoy a taste of this continent whenever they open a bottle of Amarula. We hope that this celebratory series during the festive season will inspire more travellers to make this special continent a part of their travel memories,” he said.

Amarula is a sponsor of Wild Life Direct, a Kenya-based conservation group led by Dr Paula Kahumbu.
