HONG KONG. JCDecaux Transport partnered with Dior to launch a striking campaign at Hong Kong International Airport over the Christmas period.
The Dior Made of Stars campaign features a one-of-a-kind structure, prominently positioned at the T1 Central Concourse, Departures Level.
It has a golden Christmas tree bulb at the base, three elevated Dior Christmas tree bulbs spinning in time to a selection of Christmas music and a scarlet ribbon accompanied by a series of emblazoned Dior gifts. At the four corners, the J’adore fragrance is micro-misted into the air via fragrance diffusers.
The spectacular piece provides a photo opportunity for travellers, said JCDecaux. Dior photographers are there to offer a complimentary photography service, after which travellers can pick up their photo souvenir, in a Dior frame, from the Dior Pop-Up boutique nearby.
Travellers can also personalise their purchases of Dior fragrances by engraving a name or message on the bottle and printing a personalised message on red stain ribbons on the gift carrier.
Dior Asia Travel Retail Director Alireza Danai said: “We would like to thank all the stakeholders who have partnered with us to set up this elegant, sophisticated and unique structure which commands all departure passengers’ attention. We trust this extraordinary festive initiative will attract even more customers and provide a magical and memorable experience to the passengers of Hong Kong International Airport.”
JCDecaux Transport Managing Director Shirley Chan added: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Dior on this innovative and interesting project. We strive to provide our advertisers with creative yet effective advertising platforms, which help them to connect further with air passengers and allows better engagement.”
