USA. The dining and shopping offer at Boston Logan International Airport’s newly expanded Terminal E has been substantially improved with the addition of several new stores, luxury boutiques and food & beverage outlets.
Airport operator Massport extended the terminal to accommodate three new gates and to allow the servicing of Airbus A380 flights. Massport officials were joined by Governor Charlie Baker for a ribbon-cutting celebration on 6 April to officially open the revamped terminal and to announce Boston’s 53rd international destination, Bogotá, Columbia.
“We are excited to welcome a variety of new offerings in the coming weeks, from great local favourites to luxury boutiques and global beauty brands,” said Airmall Boston Vice President Michael Caro. “The terminal will continue to serve travellers as a destination for duty free and high-end shopping with exciting discoveries along the way.”
The extended commercial offer includes:
- Hudson (Dufry): News, books and magazines, souvenirs and electronics, snacks and drinks.
- From May a new 1,400sq ft iS (International Shoppes) Duty Free store. Its range will include Chanel, Dior, Estée Lauder, Lancôme and La Mer. Additionally, MAC is set to open within the existing iS Duty Free.
