Interparfums and luxury fashion house Moncler have signed an exclusive worldwide licence agreement for Moncler fragrances. It will last until December 2026, with a potential five-year extension.
Under the agreement, Interparfums has the licence to create and manufacture perfumes and fragrance-related products under the Moncler brand; and distribute them in boutiques, department stores, specialty stores and travel retail.
The first Moncler fragrance collection from Interparfums will launch in the first quarter of 2022.
Interparfums Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Philippe Benacin commented, “This is a great achievement for us. Moncler has always stood for uniqueness, authenticity, quality and excellence. Its achievements are absolutely distinctive, and we are certain that this will be successfully translated into a fragrance.”
“Interparfums’ renowned expertise and creativity make it the ideal partner to develop a fragrance that is perfectly aligned with Moncler’s DNA and unique identity,” added Moncler Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Remo Ruffini. “The launch of Moncler’s first fragrance line is consistent with our selective brand extension strategy, further enriching the client’s experience with the brand.”
