EUROPE. Inflight Sales Group (ISG) Europe has been awarded the buy-on-board and duty free contract for ASL Airlines France, and the duty free concession for Transavia France, adding two new customers to its portfolio.

The concessionaire has won a three-year contract with ASL Airlines France from January, following a tender. The airline operates charter and scheduled flights to medium-haul destinations from Paris Charles de Gaulle, Lille and Lyon airports.
The airline (previously Europe Air Post) is a subsidiary of ASL Aviation Holdings, based in Ireland. The group numbers seven airlines with 140 aircraft: ASL Airlines Belgium, ASL Airlines Ireland, ASL Airlines Hungary, Safair, FlySafair, K-Mile & ASL Airlines France.

ISG also takes over the duty free concession (handled by Dutyfly Solutions) for Transavia France in collaboration with Servair and gategroup. The operation should begin by January and runs until Summer 2024. Transavia is part of the Air France-KLM Group. It operates medium-haul flights from Paris Orly, Nantes, Lyon and Montpellier, and served more than 7 million passengers across more than 100 destinations in Europe in 2019.
In other news, ISG Europe restarted inflight activity on 10 July onboard Air Caraibes and French Bee with a limited range of 40 best-selling items.
The company said: “The Summer results have been very successful, passing their targets thanks to the motivation of crew the new offer and new processes.”
Based on this approach, ISG is currently working with partner Atlas Servair in Morocco to restart duty free sales onboard Royal Air Maroc by January 2021.
ISG also noted that sales onboard Aeroflot never stopped on Russian domestic routes amid the crisis, and said it is now awaiting the restart of international flights, expected around February.
