Airport Dimensions and Ambaar Lounge partner to launch new brand in Brazil

SOUTH AMERICA. Collinson-owned Airport Dimensions, the airport lounge and traveller experiences company, has partnered with Ambaar Lounge to launch an airport lounge concept named Ambaar Club. The new brand will be launched at four airports in Brazil over the coming months, with locations to be named soon.

The launch of Ambaar Club will mark Airport Dimensions’ debut in the South American market. Ambaar Lounge describes itself as the leading operator of VIP lounges in Brazil, providing experiences to airport passengers and partners in the country since 2013.

It currently operates premium lounges at Belo Horizonte International Airport and São Paulo Guarulhos International Airport, with plans to expand its network to four further airports in the region in the coming months.

The Ambaar Club lounges currently in development will be available to members of Collinson-owned Priority Pass, the world’s largest independent airport lounge access programme. 

The new tie-up with Ambaar Lounge builds on Airport Dimensions’ recent expansion in key markets and the addition of wider airport experiences, including the introduction of the sleep lounge brand sleep ‘n fly in the Middle East.

Airport Dimensions’ other recent activities include the launch of Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, a partnership with JPMorgan Chase. The company also acquired the No1 Lounge business at London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Birmingham airports with joint venture partner Swissport.
