Nicolas Hoeborn to replace Nadine Heubel at the helm of Heinemann Americas

US/GERMANY.  Heinemann Americas Chief Executive Officer Nadine Heubel will leave Gebr. Heinemann on 30 June. In order to facilitate a smooth transition, Nicolas Hoeborn, currently Director Sales & Operations, will take over responsibility on 1 April in the role of Managing Director of Heinemann Americas.

“I would like to take this opportunity to expressly thank Nadine for her work and commitment to Gebr. Heinemann over 14 years. I wish her all the very best for her future in the USA, both professionally and privately,” said Gebr. Heinemann Chief Operating Officer Raoul Spanger.

“At the same time, we are pleased to have a very good successor already in our own ranks in Nicolas Hoeborn.”

Changes at the top for Heinemann Americas as the experienced and respected Nadine Heubel departs the company to be replaced at the helm by Nicolas Hoeborn

Nadine Heubel commented: “I am very proud of what I was able to accomplish during my time with Gebr. Heinemann. I would like to thank my colleagues here on site, in the German headquarters as well as in other places around the globe. I am now looking forward to new tasks and challenges in my new home, the US. I wish Nicolas all the best and much success for the tasks ahead.”

Hoeborn has been part of the Heinemann Americas management team since 2018. He first joined the Gebr. Heinemann Category Management team in 2008 and moved to the supplier side at Bacardi in 2011.

From 2016 Hoeborn was Senior International Key Account Manager responsible for the global Gebr. Heinemann account and focused on setting and implementing sales and pricing strategies.

In his new role, Hoeborn will report to Thorsten Repenning, Director Sales Cruises & Ferries. Through this, Gebr. Heinemann intends to streamline and strengthen its activities in the cruise ship and ferry sales channel.
