The first of the remaining openings will be food store Billa Corso, the Rewe Group-owned brand. The store will take over floor space formerly occupied by Spar Gourmet.
Meanwhile, in Spring 2023, new Burger King and Costa Coffee stores will open in the Vienna Airport arrivals area. The F&B venues will neighbour each other, with Costa Coffee replacing a McDonald’s restaurant.
Vienna Airport Joint CEO and COO Julian Jäger said: “Together with our longstanding airport partners Lagardère Travel Retail and Rewe Group, we are expanding our brand offering up until the spring of 2023 for travellers. With Billa Corso, Burger King, Costa Coffee and Relay, we are offering something catering to every taste, from an Austrian premium supermarket to international restaurants and shops with top brands.”
