LATAM Airlines to open VIP lounge at Lima Jorge Chávez International Airport’s new terminal

PERU. LATAM Airlines plans to open a 2,400sq m VIP lounge at Lima Jorge Chávez International Airport’s new passenger terminal.

The space will be located on level 4 of the international departures area in the new terminal. The lounge is set to open in January 2025, the same date as the new passenger facility. As reported, the new ​​210,000sq m single terminal will have an approximate annual capacity of 30 million passengers.

The lounge will be designed to provide what the partners describe as a comfortable experience for passengers.

This is the airlines’ fifth VIP lounge, an addition to its expanding portfolio which includes lounges in São Paulo Guarulhos International, Buenos Aires Ezeiza International, Bogotá El Dorado International and Santiago de Chile airports.

The airline company noted that this new passenger lounge marks a significant milestone in its operations in Peru. LATAM Airlines Peru CEO Manuel van Oordt said: “We are very happy about this agreement. Being able to have a unique space for our passengers will provide that unique and different experience that characterises us for tourists and corporate travellers, Peruvian and foreign.”

This new lounge is part of the renewed commercial offer that will be implemented at the new terminal, which is now 50% complete. ✈
