Wellbeing house Rituals Cosmetics is focusing on its Clean & Conscious Ritual of Namaste skincare range for 2024 as it aims to build on the sustainable line’s success following its 2023 launch.
The Rituals Clean & Conscious range is made with at least 93% natural-origin ingredients that are respectful of the skin and of nature. The remaining 7% comprise of lab-made alternatives for properties that nature can’t provide or when they are the more environmentally friendly option.
The Clean & Conscious Ritual of Namaste line is available in selected travel retail locations globally. It comprises four lines: Glow, Hydrate, Ageless and Purify, with each catering to various skincare needs from hydration, radiance and wrinkle-reduction to firmness.
Key products include the Ageless Anti-Ageing Day Cream and Ageless Anti-Ageing Serum. The cream reduces wrinkle volume by up to -33% and improves skin firmness by +25%; while the serum reduces wrinkle depth by up to -42%, improves hydration by +86% and improves skin elasticity by +28%.
Other products featured include the Anti-Ageing Night Cream, Restoring Night Balm, Firming Eye Cream, Restoring Face Oil, Eye Concentrate, Radiance Bio-Cellulose Sheet Mask, Pure Radiance Face Oil, 24H Hydrating Gel Cream and Cooling Eye Lotion among others.
The high-performance skincare line was developed to tackle the early signs of ageing. According to Rituals, its launch follows the consumer shift towards seeing ‘skincare as self-care’.
The line has been infused with Wild Indigo and Bakuchiol Repair Complex. Bakuchiol is a plant-based alternative to retinol, while Wild Indigo helps minimise visible fine lines and improve skin elasticity, luminosity and radiance.
Rituals has extended the Clean & Conscious line with a Face Cleansing Bar. The bar is formulated with Vitamin E to deeply cleanse, moisturise and balance the skin. Its compact size makes it ideal for travelling.
The Clean & Conscious range is housed in innovative packaging that feature eco-refills for its serums, day and night creams.
Explaining the ethos of the collection, Rituals Chief Impact Officer Niki Schilling commented: “It’s about the definition of inner beauty.
“With this, I mean feeling well, living a meaningful life, and feeling soulful. If you look at beauty that way, it goes hand-in-hand with wellbeing, as it is all about taking care of yourself, enjoying the little moments, and making routines into rituals. We believe in making conscious choices that honour both the beauty of nature and your natural beauty.” ✈
