USA. Sabrina’s Cafe, a well-known local brand with five venues in downtown Philadelphia, has opened in Philadelphia International Airport Terminal C.

Described as a “brunch boutique offering comfort food with a twist”, Sabrina’s Cafe was founded by Raquel and Robert De Abreu, who named it after their daughter. The brand has been brought to the airport in partnership with Hakan Ilhan Restaurants, an experienced US airport concessions business.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the venue offers a wide variety of food choices including Cannoli French Toast, the Santa Fe Turkey Burger, Teriyaki Salmon, Korean Chicken Kimchi and an extensive dessert menu. The drinks options include the house special, Lucky Charms Matcha Latte.

“We are thrilled to bring Sabrina’s Cafe to PHL in collaboration with the De Abreus, whose concept of all-day, elevated brunch has become a staple wherever it operates,” said Hakan Ilhan Restaurants President Hakan Ilhan, who previously brought the F&B venues Bud & Marilyn’s and Good Luck Pizza Co. to Philadelphia Airport.

MarketPlace PHL Vice President and General Manager Mel Hannah commented: “The addition of Sabrina’s Cafe to PHL Food & Shops underscores our commitment to curating an authentic Philly dining experience for our passengers. Now passengers at the airport can experience the same warm hospitality and classic Philly flavours that have enamoured the hearts of locals for years.”

Robert De Abreu said: “Sabrina’s Cafe is grateful for the continued support of our communities, which has helped us grow. Now at PHL, we hope to meet even more local customers, plus visitors from out of town — and perhaps add a Stuffed French Toast Latte to their travels.”
