Third AAA Retail & Commercial Forum begins in Melbourne with record numbers and strong partner support

AUSTRALIA. The third Australian Airports Association (AAA) Retail & Commercial Forum began in Melbourne’s Pullman on the Park Hotel last night with a wonderful welcome reception in association with CAVU.

Organised by a partnership between the AAA, The Mercurius Group and The Moodie Davitt Report, the Forum on 22-24 July brings together all the key players in the non-aeronautical industry, including airports from Australia and New Zealand, duty-free operators, speciality retail operators, food & beverage (F&B) operators, foreign-exchange operators, advertising concessionaires, ground-transport providers and various advisers and suppliers.

Greeting guests as sponsor of the Retail & Commercial Forum Welcome Evening were CAVU Vice President Growth Craig Pring (right) and Head of Growth Josh Bakhbakhi. Below, AAA COO Adrian Plumb (centre) adds his welcome alongside co-organiser Ivo Favotto, Managing Director of The Mercurius Group (right).

Around 320 guests are registered with a record 30-plus exhibitors taking space at the event to promote their services. Among the highlights is a special beauty zone where Goldfield & Banks, domestic market retailer Mecca and Coty are being showcased.
