HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) is inviting bids for multi-outlet speciality drinks concessions (catering not retail) at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Terminal 1.
The tender embraces six licences (see table below), two in landside arrivals, the others in departures.
Each licence will be assesed individually, allowing for multiple operators.
“HKIA is a world-class international transport hub with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock facilities. Through offering premium food and services, the Authority strives to provide the best airport dining experience for our passengers,” AAHK said.
Bids close on 30 September 14:30 hours (HK Time).

The tender documents are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS Website (http://epros.hkairport.com).

Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (USS$641) to access the documents.
The closing date for applications is 23 September.
