GERMANY. Allresto Flughafen München Hotel und Gaststätten (Allresto) has unveiled a new proprietary bakery brand, Breznsalzer, in a 65sq m landside space at Munich Airport Terminal 1.

The to-go concession offers a variety of coffees, snacks and treats, including baked goods, pretzels, sandwiches, breakfast options and sweet pastries, all made using high-quality, regional ingredients.

The latest opening follows quickly on the heels of Allresto relaunching its Viktualienmarkt food court in the satellite area of Terminal 2, just after the security checkpoint. The space features to-go venues Aida coffee and pastry shop (report here), dean&david (report here) and Allresto brand Subralott.
