
USA. L’Oréal Travel Retail and DFS Group are celebrating the revamped Lancôme Rose Agora store at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT).
Lancôme’s Rose Agora concept is an innovative retail design celebrating the brand’s signature rose emblem. It features digital screens showcasing Lancôme’s latest campaigns and hero products.
The immersive experience continues in-store where beauty technology meets Lancôme’s personalised services.
The store, which opened in June 2024, offers dedicated spaces that cater to the diverse needs of travellers. Those on tight schedules can find travel-exclusive products and quick pick-up items in clearly designated areas. Meanwhile, travellers with more time can enjoy leisurely browsing, supported by personalised consultations.
One of the key features is Lancôme’s Shade Finder technology, which helps travellers select their perfect foundation match. This advanced tool analyses skin tone and recommends the ideal shade from Lancôme’s extensive foundation range, offering a seamless and efficient shopping experience.

The concept encourages product exploration through interactive self-shop displays. A central gondola – crafted from 100% eco-designed materials, incorporating 50% recycled plastic – invites travellers to explore the brand’s skincare and fragrance offerings.
