HONG KONG/SINGAPORE. Plaza Premium Group (PPG) has been honoured with the ‘Best in Future of Industry Ecosystems’ award for its airport passenger services technology platform, oneTECO (One Travel Experience Ecosystem) at the IDC 2024 Future Enterprise Awards.
This marks the second accolade for oneTECO, following its recognition at the 2024 HKB Tech Excellence Awards.
Developed during the pandemic, the project is a key part of the travel hospitality specialist’s US$10 million technology investment.
Described as an industry-first, oneTECO is a centralised digital solution that aims to address the fragmented challenges in the airport services ecosystem.
The platform has been deployed at more than 80 airports across the globe, allowing operators to optimise costs and streamline orders and deployment to balance demand and supply.
This helps boost operational efficiency and revenue while improving the overall travel experience.
