HONG KONG, CHINA. Premium Italian brand Venchi has opened a store at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1, which it hails as a “sensory tasting and gifting experience” for its ‘Chocogelateria’ concept.

Venchi Hong Kong International Airport features a menu with 14 gelato flavours, over 50 types of chocolate, including a no added sugar collection, plus a vegan selection. The offer also includes an exclusive collaboration with local illustrator Don Mak, featuring Hong Kong-inspired packaging. New local gelato flavours will be released in 2025.
The store is the 18th for Venchi in Hong Kong and the first at the airport. The brand, whose history reaches back to 1878, blends premium chocolate and gelato in its flavours.

Building on its 109 stores in the Asia Pacific region, Venchi declared its “ambitious expansion plans to increase its global presence, exposure and market share by meeting the ever-evolving demands of today’s diverse travellers”.
Venchi said that the opening will be a reference point for future airport stores. The company added that “its strategic location, prestige design and unique offerings serve as a roadmap for how the ‘Chocogelateria’ can reach international travellers and expand into other travel hubs around the world”.
