USA. Two popular Chicago brands have been added to the dining scene in the city’s O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5. The Hampton Social and Bar Siena are both making their debuts in a travel environment.
They have been brought to the airport by Chicago Hospitality Partners, the joint venture between minority-owned businesses Master ConcessionAir and Airbrands.

Parker Hospitality-owned The Hampton Social specialises in coastal-inspired food and has a chain of five restaurants in the Chicago area, the original having opened in 2015 in the city’s River North neighbourhood.
DineAmic-owned casual Italian restaurant brand Bar Siena also opened its first location in 2015 in Chicago’s West Loop neighbourhood.
The two new airport eateries take the total of food & beverage outlets at O’Hare Airport to 144.

Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) Commissioner Jamie L. Rhee said: “Chicago is known the world over for its food scene, and the restaurants inside of O’Hare and Midway International Airports give travellers a taste of the wonderful culinary choices awaiting them here.
“The Hampton Social and Bar Siena represent the best of Chicago’s dining experience. We are thrilled to welcome them to the newly renovated and expanded Terminal 5, designed to maximise the aviation experience for today’s traveller.”
The arrival of The Hampton Social and Bar Siena to the new T5 comes as the facility nears the end of a US$1.3 billion expansion and renovation. The project added 350,000sq ft and ten new gates to the terminal.
CDA said the next F&B concessions to open in T5 include Butcher and the Burger, The Dearborn, Publican Coffee, Chick-fil-A and Protein Bar & Kitchen.
