QATAR. ARI has announced that Adrian Bradshaw is to become the new Senior Vice President of Qatar Distribution Company, which the retailer operates on behalf of Qatar Airways.
Bradshaw joins ARI from Dufry, where he was General Manager for its operations in Serbia. He previously held the role of Retail Director for Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada and Bahamas.
Colin Boother, the current Senior Vice President of Qatar Distribution Company, will be retiring from ARI on 1 August.
Bradshaw, who has served in a variety of senior management positions in both downtown and travel retail in a career spanning more than 20 years, will officially take up his new position on 26 June.
Qatar Distribution Company is the only licensed importer, retailer and distributor of alcoholic drinks for the domestic, duty paid market in Qatar.
