The new Harley-Davidson unit lies in the airport’s Center Core zone |
USA. Leading concessions developer Airmall USA has opened a Three Rivers Harley-Davidson Store at Pittburgh International Airport. It features apparel and accessories from the renowned motorcycle manufacturer.
Now open in the airport’s Center Core, the new 1,360sq ft store carries a wide variety of merchandise, including leather apparel, men’s and women’s clothing and accessories and a 2013 Heritage Softtail classic motorcycle that is on display in the store and available for purchase.
“Harley-Davidson has a strong fan base in the Pittsburgh area, making this a great new retail concept to add to the dynamic concessions program at the Airmall at Pittsburgh,” said Airmall vice President of Development Jay Kruisselbrink. “We welcome the Three Rivers Harley-Davidson Store and hope that Harley fans will stop by to browse the selection of Harley gear for men and women or check out the bike that’s on display.
Additionally, brand names Nine West and Sunglass Hut have re-opened in new locations at the Airmall to accommodate more customers and a larger product array.
Nine West has opened a 1,791 sq ft location in the airport’s Center Core. The brightly lit store features white décor and splashes of pink and includes LED screens with images of the store’s merchandise.
Travellers can now purchase their shoes and accessories with the help of handheld devices that allow employees to scan and swipe credit cards right on the spot.
Sunglass Hut’s new location in the Center Core (863sq ft) allowed the store to triple its product offering, adding 300 new sunglass styles.
“We welcome long-time tenants Nine West and Sunglass Hut to their new locations and are confident that travellers will appreciate the increased space and selection that these new storefronts offer,” said Kruisselbrink.
